I've spent 20+ years in leadership development and training inside global organisations across the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Ten of those years were at GE, progressing from HR Manager to Senior HRBP. I learned how to diagnose what is actually slowing a business down, not what looks like the problem, and how to design systems that make the fix stick. That discipline translates directly to the problems growing businesses face.
Before HR, I founded a communications firm in Guinea, advised international organisations and embassies, and translated for the World Bank. I speak English, French, Haitian Creole, and Fulah. That background shapes everything: I understand global complexity from the inside, not from a framework.
